Drum circles are back at Welkin! We are running a special 4 session series with Tribal Thunder; here's how it will work: Tribal Thunder will be presenting a free lesson at 12:30pm and that will run into the start of the drum circle at 1:15pm. The drum circle will run from 1:15pm to 3:00pm. The lessons are taught by Tribal Thunder founder Oscar De Los Santos (known as Oz). They will run every 2 weeks for a total of 4 lessons. Enjoy the space to beat out your own rhythm. The drums will find their own free sound. This is an opportunity for people to play without fear of judgement, while sharing the pulse of others' rhythm. Some percussion instruments will be available for those who don't have their own but wish to participate.

Sacred Sound Sunday

This hour long session brings sacredness to receiving the clear tones of quartz crystal bowls, rhythmic pulse of world instruments, and the souloist's spirit songs. Participants can choose to sit in stillness, lie down and relax or let their body flow in a motion meditation.
