Even after you have admitted that you need to take care of yourself, it can be hard to know where to start.

  • The simplest way is to think of the things you love to do and do them
  • Maybe you've forgotten what those things are. Think then of the things you loved to do when you were five, ten, seventeen years old
  • Make a list of self-care practices and keep it in a safe place, where you can look up ideas in times of stress
