Expressive Arts Therapy is a powerful means of uncovering your inner wisdom. Your creativity helps explore and discover unconscious messages. Often, words interfere with our ability to uncover what is really going on inside. We have the habit of “thinking too much”, when sometimes the answers lie beyond conscious thought patterns, even in preverbal states. Your creative mind offers a clearer, more objective perspective. In Expressive Arts Therapy, visual arts, music, drama, movement, and other forms of creative expression are used to explore your thought and feeling patterns. We are all expressive beings; no special artistic talent or training are required!
