This program offers you practical techniques to explore meditation and the lifestyle factors, such as regulated emotions and staying relaxed, that support a steady meditation practice. For those interested in certification, you may graduate from the full year as a Certified YogaLife Meditation Teacher.
The full year is offered in trimesters. Each trimester has a specific teaching intention (noted below). The format of the classes is similar, teaching you various breathing, relaxation, personal growth, and meditation techniques so you may learn what works best for you. We work with the materials through lecture, small group discussions, practice, and journaling.
People may join at the beginning of each trimester. Drop-ins are acceptable only during the summer session. Autumn and Winter/Spring sessions are for enrolled students only. |
| This program offers practical tools, simple philosophy, and individualized support and mentorship to persevere through the challenges: |

2- Learning to embrace discipline and routine as a blessing
3- Learning to forgive memories of the past

5- Coping with and understanding your daily emotions
6- Noticing what desires drive your life
