Welkin YogaLife Institute is the only place in Canada that offers the Classical Yoga Teacher's Training program direct from the world's oldest ashram, The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India. The personalized program fosters personal growth and helps you develop a greater understanding of yoga practice and theory. Some of the members of Yoga Teacher Training go on to teach while the rest join to expand their personal understanding of yoga. Our goal is to help guide you to learn the skills necessary to practice yoga wholly and teach yoga safely and effectively.
